Anita Barone

Barone played Gail Cunningham in The Shoes in Seinfeld season four. She played a cook named Elaine Benes who wanted shoes. Early in the 1990s Barone was a regular on Carol & Company alongside Carol Burnett. Barone was also Carol Willick Ross Geller's former wife in her first Friends performance. Jane Sibbett, who replaced Barone after leaving the show due to her desire to appear as a character in a larger character, was her replacement. She was a part of The Jeff Foxworthy Show's first season in 1995-1996 and The War at Home, from 2005 to 2007. Barone was also co-starring in Daddio. Barone's television credits also include Desperate Women Curb Your Enthusiasm Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline and the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. Barone was awarded her Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award in the year 2004 for her work in the feature film One Last Ride. Barone's regular role on Shake It Up Disney Channel show Shake It Up began in 2010, three years after The War at Home finished the show's run. She played officer Georgia Jones, the mother of Bella Thorne's CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave, Barone's actor husband was a guest on 2 episodes on Shake It Up in the character in the role of J.J. Jones.
