Richard Bruce Cheney was born in Lincoln Nebraska on January 30 1941. He was the father of Richard Herbert Cheney and the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. In the age of thirteen Richard and his family moved from Nebraska to Casper in the state of Casper where his father was the director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture local district for soil conservation.
