Caterina Scorsone is an American Canadian actress. Caterina is well-known because she performed the role of Dr. Amelia Shepherd's character on Grey's Anatomy. She also played that role in a separate drama titled Private Practice. Francesca's sister was named Francesca. When she first started, Ms. Scorsone was an amateur child performer on the Mr. Dressup television program. In the hit movie Power Play, she played Michelle Parker. The film also made her a star through the movie Missing, in which she played the role of Jess Mastriani. Alice is the character she portrayed as part of a 2009 movie named Alice. This success helped her participate in Grey's Anatomy. In this show she appeared in the role of Amelia Shepherd. The talented actress began as a support role later moving to the main part due to her outstanding performance. In the course of her career that has been successful, the accomplished actress has appeared in a variety of projects. The debut appearance of the accomplished actress was on an upcoming show on television called Goosebumps and aired on 1996. She also made her debut as an actor in the 1998 film, All I Want to Do.
