Aspen Ladd first began training in combat sports when she was 14. Aspen Ladd started training in BJJ, kickboxing, wrestling and boxing before her debut as an amateur at WCFC at the age of 18. Ladd continued to build on her win at Ultimate Reno Combat, where she won 3 consecutive bouts. She finished all of her opponents within the first round. Then she returned to WCFC and defeated Leslie Rodriguez via unanimous decision. Aspen was first beaten by Silvia Babyghian, before heading to fight Maddy Simmons at WCFC 9, where she faced Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia was superior to Aspen, and beat her with a unanimous decision. Cynthia's records as a professional were damaged. Ladd rebounded from the loss to beat Roma Pawelek, taking her record to eight-1. Aspen began her career in 2015after signing to Invicta FC for her professional debut. Invicta fought Ana Carolina Vidal in Invicta 2011 and won via one-round TKO. Invicta Combat Championships 16, She won the next match in the fight against Amanda Cooper through a second-round submission via armbar. Aspen employed her impressive grappling skills to defeat McGill and then ended the fight with a third round TKO(elbows and punches). Aspen then fought Jessica Hoy (138.1lb at Invicta FC) at a "catchweight"(138.1lb), because Ladd did not make an appearance at the. Aspen, however, beat Hoy through TKO. Invicta FC, 21 was her final promotion bout. Invicta FC 21, Eubanks was a unanimous winner. Her UFC debut was in UFC Fight Night 118 when she fought Lina Lansberg. She was a step ahead of Lina with a ground-and-- - hit her for a TKO win in the second round. Ladd remained in the lead and picked up another victory over Tonya Avinger at UFC 229 with her next fight. Ladd defeated Evinger within the first minute and was awarded a prize for the performance of the evening. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee, she fought Sijara-Eubanks in her debut fight. Both the fighters put on an intense battle that concluded with Ladd triumphing via a unanimous decision and both fighters received their Fight of the Night bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie ended Ladd in 16-seconds to break her losing streak. She bounced back and finished Yana Kunitskaya in the third round at UFC at ESPN 7. For a replacement last minute for her UFC fight, she took on Norma Dumont during UFC Fight Night 195. She was beaten by a unanimous decision.
